Simple Strawberry Smoothie

In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, I concocted this very easy, very tasty, and very healthy strawberry smoothie. With just four ingredients, and minimal sugar, it’s a great way to say I love you to your body. Plus, the color is just bright and cheerful ♥

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. nut butter
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup
  • Ice as needed

 

Directions:

  1. Blend together strawberries, milk, but butter and maple syrup. Add ice as needed (if you like it more frosty). Drink and enjoy!
